The grapes are carefully picked by hand very early in the morning to preserve natural high acidity and freshness. After passing the sorting table the grapes are crushed by foot. Fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks with no clarification or filtration.
This atypical wine with golden color brings good structure with great subtlety. A pleasant wine to drink now but it can also be aged for several years to gain further character.
Aging: 3-4 ans
Serving temperature: 10°C
This wine can be enjoyed with smoked shrimps or poultry supremes with cream and morels.
