A landscape shaped by wine and time
The vineyards of Domaine Rabiega have been part of the Provençal landscape for centuries. Wine has been cultivated on this land since the 16th century, and the estate continues to honour this long tradition of craftsmanship and respect for the terroir.
12 Hectares of Provençal Life
Today, Domaine Rabiega spans around 12 hectares of vineyards, where rows of vines gently follow the contours of the countryside. Among them grow olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, creating the unique landscape that surrounds the estate. In the heart of the vineyard you will also find the boutique hotel, the restaurant and the gardens that make Rabiega a place where wine, hospitality and nature come together.
A Swedish Legacy in Provence
The estate was given its present name when Mrs Christiane Rabiega acquired the property in the 1960s. In the years that followed, Swedish owners continued to develop the vineyard with the ambition of producing wines of high quality, while also taking early steps toward organic cultivation. Since 2020, Domaine Rabiega is owned by the Stockholm-based company Gastrodev Vin & Sprit AB, continuing the estate’s journey while preserving its heritage and deep connection to the land.
Olive Trees & Harvest
Alongside the vines, olive trees have long been part of life at Domaine Rabiega. Olive trees are native to the Mediterranean and thrive in the region’s unique climate — long, warm summers followed by cooler winters. Around 170 olive trees grow on the estate, adding to the character and biodiversity of the landscape. Each year, typically in mid-December, the olives are harvested and carefully pressed into olive oil, continuing a tradition that has shaped Mediterranean life for generations.
