New Chef and Maître-Pâtissier for Restaurant Clos Dière at Domaine Rabiega

A renowned chef and a master pastry chef. Could there ever be a better duo? With a love for each other and for French cuisine, Andreas Edlund and Cecilia Andersson are taking over as the new restaurateurs at Domaine Rabiega.

Andreas has a solid background from all over the world and has worked at Riingo Restaurant in New York City, the three-star Michelin restaurant Georges Blanc outside the gourmet capital of the world, Lyon, at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons outside Oxford, and at several of Sweden’s best restaurants, among others.

Andreas has also participated in the Swedish Bocuse d’Or competition and won the “Young Chef of the Year” award in 2011.

Cecilia won the “Pastry Chef of the Year” award in 2012 and has a fourth place in the World Championship with the Stockholm Culinary Team, and has worked as head pastry chef at some of Scandinavia’s most prestigious bakeries.

She has also served Swedish Crown Princess Victoria and her husband Daniel at their wedding, is well known as a pâtissier on TV and has also won the Architecture and Design Centre’s award for Best Gingerbread House, among many other fun events.
